I want to start this off with a tip to reduce your stress level immediately and I would love to get your feedback. Grab a tennis ball and take off your shoes. Try this simple exercise on one foot so you can feel the difference between your feet when you are done.
Take the tennis ball and use your left or right foot and step on the ball using your foot and use your entire foot...again either in your bare feet or with socks but NOT shoes...push on your toes then push on the outer part of your foot, inner part, back of foot, middle of foot and every angle possible. THIS WILL HURT YOUR FEET TEMPORARILY....THAT IS EXPECTED. After about 5-10 minutes of doing this....STOP. How does your foot feel now? Can you feel the difference between your feet? I bet you will!
